Senior Product Manager, AI Platform – Ecosystem

• Lead product direction and own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem
• Lead the core MCP team and define how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike
• Define MCP standards and enable Wrike teams to create high-quality domain tools
• Lead discovery and creation of Skills for AI assistants and agents
• Set product direction for GraphQL and tools built on top of it
• Own publishing, maintenance, and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft marketplaces
• Establish MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation, and developer-experience standards
• Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify high-value agent workflows
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions
• Shape a scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem, useful GraphQL capabilities, and a strong marketplace plugin experience
• Make Wrike a trusted system of action for AI assistants and agents
• Enable teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared quality and governance standards

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience
• GraphQL experience and understanding of structured product data are a major advantage
• Ability to use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, can-do approach with ownership, problem-solving, and adaptability
