Senior Content Manager

• Manage website content
• Implement content, including images, text, and links
• Design and configure component layouts according to client needs
• Review and respond to requests for changes, item creation, and additions in the CMS
• Monitor open content tickets
• Edit client images using Photoshop
• Test content-related component functionality
• Maintain and update content in CMS platforms
• Manage CMS tickets weekly for content changes and new implementations
• Assist with the selection process for new team members
• Advise on the best use of components available in CMS platforms
• Create spreadsheets and programs to organize content migrations
• Support additional client and internal Valtech requests

• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
• 4+ years of experience managing content in CMS platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Photoshop for image editing
• Availability to work in Brazil, remotely or from the Florianópolis/São Paulo office
