Senior Developer

• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and maintenance of highly complex applications
• Lead and collaborate with the team in defining and maintaining architectural strategies and development best practices
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance code
• Perform advanced debugging and resolve defects in existing applications
• Conduct code reviews and provide expert feedback
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers
• Stay up to date with technologies, trends, and development practices
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies according to project needs

• Substantial, proven experience developing complex applications using C# and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of and experience with the .NET Framework, Node.js, and VB6
• Strong expertise in code version control using Git (Git Flow) and/or SVN
• Development and optimization of relational databases, such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, along with SQL
• Experience with multi-tenant application architecture
• Web application development using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience using frontend frameworks such as React and/or Angular
• Implementation and management of resources in cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Implementation of automated tests using xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, Jest, and other tools
• Implementation of messaging services such as Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ
• Advanced DevOps practices and use of continuous integration tools
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• CLT employment arrangement
• Advanced English proficiency is a plus
• Relevant certifications in .NET, Node.js, and/or Azure are a plus
