Lead Cyber Security Consultant

• Participate in professional groups and industry associations

• 5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally with a focus on information security
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in management consulting
• Knowledge of one or more areas of cyber security
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz), including their regulatory context
• Knowledge of information security risk management
• Knowledge of IT asset management and IT service management
• Knowledge of business continuity and emergency management
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOC and use-case design
• Knowledge of security awareness and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of network security and segmentation
• Knowledge of cloud security
• Knowledge of secure software development
• Knowledge of security incident management
• Knowledge of penetration testing and security assessments
• Desirable: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, GIAC, CompTIA, or similar
• Industry experience in finance, large corporate environments, the public sector, or mid-sized businesses
• Experience planning and managing projects

• Permanent employment contract
