SCRUM MASTER II

• Ensure that Scrum is understood, applied, and adopted throughout the organization
• Facilitate the mapping and proposal of improvements to Scrum implementation processes within development teams
• Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs
• Propose business solutions that best meet the client's needs
• Assist the Product Owner with maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog
• Ensure that Scrum events are held and achieve their objectives
• Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments
• Assist the team in becoming self-organized by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and collaboration

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master
• PSM certification
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology
