Regional Sales Manager – Aesthetics

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team
• Foster an environment that encourages ownership and supports individual potential
• Conduct regular field coaching sessions and joint performance reviews
• Translate the sales and marketing strategy into regional priorities and initiatives
• Own sales performance, revenue, market share, and relevant KPIs
• Identify market and customer potential and develop growth initiatives
• Strategically expand existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Derive actions and recommendations from market, customer, and competitor developments
• Manage the regional budget, forecasts, and commercial performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and other Commercial teams
• Represent Allergan Aesthetics at selected congresses, events, and customer events
• Travel approximately 50% of the time

• Several years of field sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, the pharmaceutical industry, or a comparable healthcare environment
• Sales leadership experience
• Certified pharmaceutical representative qualification or comparable credentials
• Passion for aesthetics
• Strong understanding of customers, market potential, and new business opportunities
• Confident use of sales KPIs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Initiative, flexibility, and a high level of execution capability
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel within the future region
