Video Editor – High End Salon

• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using professional software
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that drive engagement
• Curate and adapt content to fit brand identity and platform best practices
• Design landing pages and support campaigns using GoHighLevel
• Collaborate with teammates to produce multimedia content reinforcing brand identity
• Stay up to date with video and design trends
• Support social media content creation and scheduling
• Curate and optimize content for SEO and digital performance
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities
• Turn raw footage into viral clips showcasing high-end salon client transformations
• Execute campaigns, polish brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through visual storytelling

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual engagement
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn advanced features (automations, landing pages)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to work in U.S. and Canadian timezones
• Experience in social media management is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Professional video editing software experience, including one or more of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, HitFilm Express, Sony Vegas Pro, iMovie, Lightworks, or CapCut
• Graphics software experience, preferably Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator; Canva or other professional tools accepted
• Computer with at least Intel Core i3 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 or higher
• Minimum 16 GB RAM
• Dedicated GPU, NVIDIA 10 series or higher (or equivalent)
• Stable high-speed internet of at least 100 Mbps
• Resume and required portfolio showcasing video editing and design work
