Industrial Designer – 3D & Graphic Design

• Concept and develop physical products from initial sketch to factory-ready CAD
• Create photorealistic 3D renders and product images for Amazon listings, the company website, and other e-commerce channels
• Design packaging for online appeal and memorable unboxing experiences
• Create brand-aligned instruction manuals and print-ready assets
• Adapt designs for Amazon listings and e-commerce channels with training provided
• Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are beautiful, functional, and manufacturable
• Collaborate with the staffing company’s internal e-commerce consulting and management teams serving brands scaling their online operations

• Strong industrial design background with a high-quality, relevant portfolio
• Expert in 3D modeling and rendering (SolidWorks, KeyShot, or similar)
• Skilled in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) for packaging and print
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality and production-ready designs
• Eager to learn Amazon-specific visual requirements; training provided
• Experience creating product images/visual assets for Amazon or e-commerce websites is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
