Web Designer

• Design responsive web pages from initial concepts through polished, production-ready layouts
• Create landing pages and digital assets supporting product launches and campaigns
• Maintain consistent visual design across Avam’s websites and digital brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to present technical content clearly
• Improve website usability, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices

• 3+ years of experience designing responsive websites for technical or product brands
• A strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual design, usability, and responsive layouts
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for web design workflows, including developer handoff in Figma
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, and web performance principles
• Experience working with design systems, WordPress, and Webflow
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear digital experiences
• Experience partnering closely with marketing teams and product launch stakeholders
• Experience in biotechnology is a plus
• Experience working closely with scientific subject-matter experts is a bonus
• Bilingual
