Operations Customer Expert, German & English Speaking

• Handle inbound calls and written customer inquiries
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English
• Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans
• Update and maintain customer and booking data
• Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience
• Support Booking.com travellers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward memorable trips

• Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
• Very good English skills
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types
• Good computer skills and fast typing
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player approach
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Residence in Georgia is required
