• Reside in Brazil
• Availability in the morning or evening, with a minimum of 3 hours available per day from Monday to Friday
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Completed secondary education
• Computer with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone
• MEI registration or willingness to obtain it
• Advanced English proficiency
• Native Portuguese
• Professional experience preferred: less than 1 year
