• Coordinate event setup, operations, and teardown on site
• Actively support event operations
• Ensure smooth processes, including in high-pressure situations
• Act as the communication link between artists, crew, technical teams, and guests
• Lead on-site assistants and technicians
• Quickly identify pragmatic solutions to technical or organizational issues
• Ensure professional event execution and an unforgettable guest experience

• Experience in the event industry
• Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region
• Willingness to work weekends
• Native-level German proficiency
• English language skills are an advantage
