Trading Operations Lead

• Take ownership of trading operations and on-call coverage during APAC hours across vault strategy and curation teams
• Monitor live vaults and strategies, investigate alerts, and identify unexpected behaviour or potential risks using internal dashboards and onchain data
• Respond to operational incidents using established playbooks and escalate to relevant teams when needed
• Work across timezones to improve operational processes, incident response procedures, and handovers
• Track crypto and broader financial markets and share relevant developments with the team
• Support Business Development in technical discussions with APAC partners, explain products, understand requirements, and explore new strategies
• Improve tools, monitoring processes, and documentation supporting day-to-day operations
• Support vault and strategy launches, especially during periods of increased market activity
• Establish reliable APAC coverage and serve as a technical resource for regional partners and internal teams

• Experience working directly with live financial markets, ideally in trading operations, execution, or a similar role at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, trading desk, or crypto trading business
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies
• Ability to recognise unusual market behaviour and understand potential implications
• Active interest in crypto and traditional financial markets
• Good judgment under pressure and ability to investigate issues independently, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand trading strategies without necessarily being a software engineer or quantitative researcher
• Excellent communication skills and experience explaining technical concepts to different audiences
• Business fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Nice to have: Experience with DeFi protocols, onchain trading, or digital asset strategies
• Nice to have: Experience working with institutional clients or partners in a technical capacity
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other tools used for data analysis and monitoring
• Must be based in APAC / Singapore or Hong Kong location
