WEBCON Developer

• Join the WEBCON practice delivering business process automation for financial services, technology and manufacturing clients
• Develop and maintain WEBCON BPS applications supporting document, approval and back-office processes
• Design and implement processes, forms, business rules, task assignments and reports in WEBCON Designer Studio
• Develop custom logic with T-SQL and JavaScript
• Integrate WEBCON applications with ERP, DMS, Active Directory, e-mail and external APIs via REST and SOAP
• Analyse change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose solutions
• Maintain and stabilise production applications, including troubleshooting and performance fixes
• Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio: process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server
• JavaScript, HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for form customisation
• Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP
• Ability to independently analyse a task, verify it against documentation and deliver it end to end
• Communicative English for documentation and working with international team members
• Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins and custom actions) (additional)
• Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine (additional)
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate (additional)
• Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis (additional)
