Senior Data Scientist – m/f/d

• Build and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions, focusing on classical ML and statistical methods
• Own models end-to-end, from data pipelines and modelling through deployment and monitoring
• Improve the scalability and reliability of existing ML data pipelines
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to turn business problems into practical solutions
• Serve as the Data Science expert in a small Data Products team
• Identify product and business problems that ML and GenAI can solve and select suitable approaches
• Work with platform and LLM Ops teams when additional infrastructure support is needed
• Help shape the ML and AI roadmap and influence how ML capabilities evolve across products

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
• Strong knowledge of statistics and classical machine learning
• Experience owning ML projects end-to-end, including data preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring
• Strong hands-on Python skills, including scikit-learn or similar frameworks
• SQL skills
• Proactive approach and comfort working on not fully defined problems
• Clear communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
• English at C1 level or above
• German language skills are nice to have
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, or dbt is nice to have
• Experience working with LLMs or GenAI-based solutions is nice to have
