• Provide detailed feedback to translators and create comprehensive quality reports.
• Follow client-specific style guides, glossaries, and project guidelines.
• Use XTM CAT tools to review and assess translations.
• Manage weekly capacity for more than 5,000 words per locale and complete tasks on time.

• BS/BA in linguistics, translation, biology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of work experience in translation, linguistic quality assessment, copywriting, or copy-editing, specifically in patents or technical content.
• Deep understanding of biological terminology and ability to adapt complex scientific language for target audiences.
• Proven experience in reviewing or translating patents or technical documents.
• Proficiency in using CAT tools like XTM for project management and quality assessment.
• Native-level fluency of Portuguese.
• Immediate availability for a patent translation project.
• Ability to handle +5,000 words per locale per week and ensure timely task completion.
