Solution Architect – Continuous Improvements, Managed Services

• Shape the long-term evolution of customers' Microsoft business application landscapes after go-live
• Drive continuous improvement, platform optimization, strategic advisory, and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers using Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem
• Work closely with customer stakeholders and HSO delivery teams
• Drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, release readiness, architecture reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives
• Maximize long-term business value for customers
• Lead solution architecture for complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and enterprise transformations
• Lead architecture teams and provide technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes

• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365
• Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, integrations, and application lifecycle management
• Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations
• Track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives
• Experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes
• Strategic thinking and ability to connect business goals with technology decisions
• Passion for continuous improvement and long-term customer success
• Comfortable challenging stakeholders and influencing strategic direction
• Experience working across cultures and international teams
• Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• Must have legal working rights in the country of residence within the European region; sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands
