Financial Specialist

• Review, correct, and complete financial records in CPJ
• Analyze contracts, billing, receipts, and financial entries
• Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to the use of the financial module
• Cleanse and validate financial data
• Review and structure the Chart of Accounts and Cost Centers
• Configure the CPJ financial module according to client needs
• Configure billing, receipt, and fee management rules
• Support the definition and implementation of financial workflows within the system
• Conduct testing and validation of completed configurations
• Prepare operating procedures and support materials for users
• Support CPJ implementation, migration, and reconfiguration projects
• Participate in the validation of migrated data and ensure the integrity of financial information
• Assist in developing financial indicators, reports, and management controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with the CPJ financial module
• Knowledge of Charts of Accounts, Cost Centers, billing, receipts, expenses, revenue, and current accounts
• Experience configuring, reviewing, and cleansing financial data
• Knowledge of financial processes in law firms
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, propose improvements, and guide users
• Proactive, hands-on, organized, responsible, agile, and comfortable working with systems
• Availability to start immediately
• Based in Curitiba, Paraná, or in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, or São Paulo
• Experience with CPJ implementation, migration, or reconfiguration
• Experience in financial controlling for law firms
• Knowledge of data cleansing and processing
• Experience with workflows and procedures
• Knowledge of financial indicators and management reports

• 100% remote (work from home)
• Flexible working hours, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours
