Commercial Sales Analyst
About the role
• Respond to inquiries received through the company’s customer service channels.
• Take over negotiations qualified by Artificial Intelligence and guide customers through to the close of the sale.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Prepare customized commercial proposals.
• Answer questions and support customers throughout the entire buying journey.
• Lead negotiations and close orders.
• Conduct strategic follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
• Support customers after the sale, strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and commercial initiatives organized by the company.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.
• Contribute suggestions for improving sales processes.
• Keep customer, negotiation, and opportunity records up to date in the systems used by the company.
• High school diploma.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support.
• Experience working in target-driven, results-oriented environments.
• Proficiency with computers, business systems, and digital tools.
• Suitable home office setup, including a computer, stable internet connection, and the necessary equipment.
• Experience with Google tools, CRM systems, Trello, Zoom, Slack, and other digital platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in remote sales is a plus.
• B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in promotional products, customized products, corporate gifts, or giveaways is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management, customer retention, and Customer Success (CS) is a plus.
• Strong communication, results orientation, negotiation, organization, and proactivity.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Commission of 0.5% to 1.2% on completed sales.
