People Generalist

• Partner with the HRBP team supporting APJ functions to support program roll-outs and ongoing process execution
• Analyse HR data and trends, including headcount, attrition, and performance
• Generate insights, trends, customised reports, metrics, and presentation materials for HRBPs and senior leadership
• Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end
• Coach and guide managers through performance management processes
• Support HR Leaders on ad hoc projects
• Execute and, where required, lead business-led initiatives such as reorganisations and job role and level assessments
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, ER, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, and Compensation
• Manage annual cyclical programs such as calibration and pulse surveys
• Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects

• 3+ years experience in an HR role in a matrixed organisation
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• Decisive problem solver with a "get it done" attitude
• Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive and confidential issues
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
• Ability to connect internal data with external benchmarks to provide actionable executive insights
• Sensible and strategic usage of AI tools to enhance productivity
• Employee focus and proactive communication skills to ensure optimum HR support
• Ability to align GTM and marketing HRBPs and COEs to ensure scalable programs

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow (desired)
