Senior Software Engineer

• Develop cloud-native microservices powering enterprise retail Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Available-to-Promise, Promising, and Fulfillment systems
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices
• Build REST APIs and backend services for enterprise Order Management and Supply Chain applications
• Implement new product features and resolve production issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and senior engineers
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Build configurable product capabilities for multiple enterprise customers
• Follow CI/CD, automated testing, and secure software development practices
• Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity
• Contribute to code generation, refactoring, troubleshooting, unit testing, understanding unfamiliar codebases, technical documentation, and learning technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST API development
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily development workflow
• Able to validate AI-generated code and maintain accountability for delivered work
