AI Factory Architecture Lead

• Lead and orchestrate AI architecture across the AI Factory portfolio, setting technical direction, priorities and sequencing of architecture work
• Provide technical and design authority by reviewing and approving AI solution architectures within the governance framework
• Ensure appropriate architecture competence and capacity for portfolio needs
• Drive common architecture, standards and reuse through reference architectures, reusable patterns and technical guardrails
• Lead the AI architecture community across delivery organizations
• Assess emerging technologies and keep the technology roadmap relevant while avoiding technical debt and early obsolescence
• Align technically with Functions, IS, Data organizations, delivery teams and external technology partners
• Evaluate delivery approaches and vendors
• Govern key architecture decisions while balancing innovation, speed, security, sustainability and maintainability
• Escalate significant cross-domain decisions through AI Factory governance when required
• Coordinate architects and technical experts across multiple delivery teams and organizations
• Lead primarily through technical authority, functional leadership and influence rather than direct line management

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in architecture, engineering, solution design or technology leadership
• Strong technical background with credibility to lead senior architects and technical specialists
• Experience leading architecture or technical work across multiple teams and complex initiatives
• Experience delivering AI, analytics, machine learning or digital platforms in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of the AI technology ecosystem and emerging trends
• Ability to translate business priorities into technical direction and balance speed, quality, reuse and sustainability
• Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills
• Experience in industrial digitalization or engineering-led environments (preferred background)
• Experience in technical authority, lead engineering, architecture leadership or comparable functional leadership roles (preferred background)
• Experience in consulting, scale-up or high-growth technology environments (preferred background)
• Experience leading technical communities and working across internal and external delivery organizations (preferred background)
