Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

• Advise employees of client companies on Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and financial matters
• Support customers via phone, email and digital channels
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
• Explain complex topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

• Completed vocational training, a degree or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoy working with people and providing advice
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent German language skills
• Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
