Global Program Launch Manager – Asia Pacific

• Manage execution of marketing programs, promotions, and pricing launches across Asia Pacific
• Lead the end-to-end program launch process for Companion Animal Group Marketing Programs
• Partner with regional marketing teams and global stakeholders
• Coordinate with finance, legal, IT, and other cross-functional partners
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and governance processes
• Ensure critical milestones are achieved
• Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve launch efficiency
• Support commercial initiatives, sales programs, and promotional activities
• Facilitate project meetings
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality and execution excellence
• Contribute to strategy development and commercialization of new products and key marketing activities

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive experience in project management, ideally within a commercial, marketing, or product launch environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Understanding of pricing and promotional strategies
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive self-starter with a process-driven approach
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience supporting product commercialization, marketing programs, or go-to-market initiatives
