SAP HCM Developer

• Develop and implement customer-specific requirements using ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
• Develop innovative solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Prepare technical analyses for solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Further develop the solution portfolio, from analysis and design through to go-live
• Design, analyze, and test interfaces
• Maintain direct customer contact on interface projects
• Develop suitable solutions together with the responsible consultants

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) working with ABAP / ABAP OO
• Strong knowledge of the enhancement and maintenance of the SAP HCM PA, PY, and PT modules
• Knowledge of infotypes, BAdIs, transports, clusters, logical databases such as PNP/PNPCE, and HRForms
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Expertise in interface development using OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and ALE/IDocs
• Experience with SAP BTP and CPI
• Experience in SAP cloud development with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and ABAP Web Dynpro
• High level of commitment, a strong focus on quality, and team spirit
• Very good German and English language skills
