Financial Analyst

• Execute the month-end close process, including reconciling project costs, accruals, and work-in-progress (WIP) balances for accurate financial reporting
• Recognize revenue based on percentage-of-completion or milestone billing
• Review project budgets against actuals and investigate variances with project managers
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and project profitability reports within established closing deadlines
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure timely close and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, optimize costs, and drive business performance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• IFRS experience is a must
• Experience within manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments preferred
• Knowledge of financial consolidation and performance management tools
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred
