Junior Consultant

• Analyze complex business questions and develop structured approaches to solutions
• Prepare decision-making materials for top management
• Take ownership of individual workstreams within projects
• Structure data, formulate hypotheses, and validate them analytically
• Present project results clearly and precisely for the intended audience
• Work closely with experienced consultants
• Contribute to strategic issues in challenging projects
• Gain insight into clients’ strategic decision-making processes

• Excellent university degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related technical field
• At least one internship or working student position at a management consultancy
• Ideally, experience with strategic or project-related topics
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Precise working style and strong commitment to quality
• Ability to take on responsibility quickly and familiarize yourself with new topics
• Clear, audience-appropriate communication skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as part of project work
