Go-to-Market Working Student

• Support Heartbeat AI go-to-market efforts across multiple markets
• Pull, structure, and sanity-check performance data across pricing, packaging, and positioning initiatives
• Prepare pricing and packaging analyses across markets
• Research positioning angles, competitor moves, and market trends
• Turn research findings into concise, comparable summaries
• Support data work behind monetisation decisions and develop an understanding of unit economics
• Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders across regions
• Participate in relevant cross-functional syncs
• Maintain performance dashboards and trackers spanning multiple markets
• Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks and small projects end to end
• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and collaborate with Go-to-Market team members globally

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally in Business, Energy Economics, or a related field
• Able to work approximately 15–20 hours per week alongside studies
• Curiosity about go-to-market, pricing, or product strategy
• Structured and reliable approach to tasks
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Interest in numbers and unit economics
• Clear communication and willingness to ask questions or challenge inconsistencies
• Fast learner comfortable with new tools and a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable working with different teams and cultures across markets
• Fluent in English at C1/C2 level, written and verbal
• Additional European languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus
• Prior exposure to the energy market or a tech/startup environment is a plus, but not required
