Senior Software Engineer

• Build and ship Alti product features end to end, from conversational AI to agents and automated routines
• Design and improve RAG pipelines and prompt strategies
• Build LLM evaluation pipelines to measure quality and catch regressions
• Set up monitoring and observability for AI features, including prompts, models, and usage
• Help take ML models to production with monitoring and continuous feedback loops
• Partner with Product and Design to identify customer problems AI and ML can solve
• Work in a small squad with engineers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer
• Help the team improve evaluation, observability, and production ML practices

• Solid experience as a software engineer building and shipping product features
• Hands-on work on AI products in the last 12 months, including LLMs, agents, or AI features
• Experience with at least one of: chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines
• Strong skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python
• Product mindset focused on delivering features to users
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with ownership across the delivery chain
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Prompt engineering experience (nice to have)
• AI monitoring and observability tooling experience (nice to have)
• Experience with autonomous or personal agents across Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp (nice to have)
• Experience putting ML models into production with monitoring and feedback loops (nice to have)
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial products (nice to have)
• Experience building and scaling ML/LLM products (nice to have)
• Experience at an early-stage startup, Seed to Series B (nice to have)
