Kinaxis Solution Architect, Supply Chain Planning

• Lead supply chain planning and Maestro solution strategy
• Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis Maestro platform
• Bridge business requirements and technical execution
• Lead the Supply Chain team in building scalable demand, supply, and S&OP models
• Integrate Kinaxis with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems
• Oversee Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning solutions
• Drive user adoption while ensuring system reliability and sustainability for the Global Supply Chain Planning organization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro authorship, configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance improvement
• Translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable technical blueprints
• Configure worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and scenario-planning models
• Architect data flows, APIs, and ETL pipelines between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle
• Configure and optimize supply chain planning workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Kinaxis resources and supply chain planning integrations
• Lead business workshops, guide functional teams through User Acceptance Testing, and provide architectural governance

• 5+ years of deep, hands-on knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and the Maestro AI platform
• Experience as a Solution Architect in supply chain planning projects
• 5+ years of experience with integrations and data modeling, preferably with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and business tools such as Salesforce
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S&OP
• Prior semiconductor experience is a plus
• Proficiency in data modeling, APIs, ETL processes, and ERP synchronization
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders
• Ability to work across a global organization while balancing multiple time zones
• Kinaxis Author-level certification is a plus
