AI Marketing Semi Senior Assistant

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and analysis
• Create LinkedIn and other social media content, including posts, graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and AI-generated visuals
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages
• Improve Azumo’s visibility in AI search platforms through GEO and AEO
• Track Azumo’s and competitors’ search appearances and turn content gaps into ideas
• Prepare reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams, including website updates
• Learn the business and market while helping grow the Azumo brand

• Expert-level English proficiency, both written and conversational
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including practical use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day work
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a critical eye to improve AI-generated content before publication
• Interest in evaluating marketing ideas and connecting them to business results
• Experience using AI tools for design, video production, or marketing operations
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or Search Console
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI search
• Exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
• Ability to organize work in a remote environment
• Interest in AI workflows and marketing automations
