• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction technology, or a relevant master craftsperson or technician qualification, is beneficial but not required
• Career changers with relevant practical experience and early-career professionals eager to take on responsibility quickly are explicitly welcome

• Career prospects: Grow with our expansion, with the opportunity to become Head of Construction and build your own team
• Short decision-making paths: Work directly with the founders; decisions are made in hours, not weeks
• Visible results: At the end of each project, you see what you have built and personally hand it over to the team
• Variety: Projects throughout Germany and soon across Europe—no two construction sites are the same
• Team and environment: A small team with high quality standards and a beautiful HQ in the heart of Berlin’s Kollwitzkiez neighborhood; massages at our studios are naturally included, too
• Structured onboarding
• Permanent, full-time employment
