Senior Intelligence Analyst, N&B

• Conduct combined Open Source and Web Intelligence investigations to develop platform demonstrations and use case examples
• Support sales processes and customers through investigations and demonstrations
• Produce detailed intelligence reports proactively for events and in response to sales and customer needs
• Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing support
• Deliver training and provide continuous guidance on best practices
• Work with sales and other teams to support customer enablement and customer satisfaction across clients in the Nordics and Benelux
• Master the platform and translate end-user needs into platform enhancements
• Communicate enhancement needs to product development teams
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other professional events

• A minimum of 4 years practical intelligence experience
• Experience specifically in Open Source Intelligence is advantageous
• A degree in a related subject is advantageous
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Additional languages such as Swedish and Dutch are highly advantageous
• Experience conducting intelligence-led investigations
• Ability to conduct, summarise and report on investigation methodology and conclusions
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Results-driven and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Organised and attentive-to-detail approach to work
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
• EU resident
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
