Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent
• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and networking with passive candidates
• Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call through final close
• Ensure clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate interactions
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Provide concise, actionable interview summaries for hiring managers and leadership
• Work with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content
• Test sourcing strategies and refine internal talent acquisition workflows

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs such as the USA, EU, and LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfect fluency in English
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
• Ability to execute, plan, and contribute strategically in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Comfort hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• AI recruitment experience or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a bonus
