Senior Python Software Engineer

• Lead the technical development of Jedox AI/ML services across architecture, design, development, maintenance, and integration
• Translate customer needs into high-quality AI services
• Drive KPI-based improvements to platform deliveries
• Independently solve complex problems, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results
• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable AI services throughout the full software lifecycle
• Define and manage cost-effective LLM solutions
• Collaborate across teams on automation and observability
• Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and foster learning and innovation

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Relevant background in AI/ML, LLMs, and SLMs
• Experience designing and implementing production-ready, robust, and observable AI/ML solutions
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into a product platform
• Proficient Python development skills
• Extensive experience developing AI/ML solutions in time-series forecasting, NLP, regression, and classification
• Extensive production experience with WSGI and ASGI Python frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI
• Advanced proficiency in CI/CD and relevant toolchains
• Experience working in agile environments
