Senior Full-Stack Developer – AI & Automation

• Independently design and develop applications, services, APIs, and integrations—from technical design through production deployment and operation
• Enhance existing automations and implement new solutions using n8n, APIs, and custom-developed components
• Integrate AI models into existing processes and develop AI-powered applications
• Connect different platforms and applications while ensuring secure data exchange
• Make architectural decisions with maintainability, scalability, security, and quality in mind
• Support team members with technical challenges and promote professional development practices
• Develop necessary components and make effective use of existing interfaces to reduce technical dependencies
• Automate business processes and data processing, for example involving intermediary and contract data
• Develop and expand interfaces between Professional Works and external applications
• Process and analyze conversation transcripts using AI, including automated summaries and coaching approaches
• Integrate communication, support, and marketing platforms into automated workflows
• Develop internal tools for reporting, data analysis, and operational processes
• Further develop and stabilize the automation landscape
• Work with the team to determine when to use automation platforms and when to develop custom software

• Several years of hands-on experience in professional software development, ideally in a full-stack environment
• Strong knowledge of designing and developing modern software architectures
• Experience with backend technologies, APIs, databases, and integrating different systems
• Knowledge of modern frontend technologies and the ability to independently implement complete applications when required
• Experience with software quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, and operating applications in production
• Interest in AI technologies, LLMs, AI-assisted development, and automation platforms
• Ability to solve technical challenges pragmatically while keeping long-term requirements in mind
