Real Estate City Manager

• Serve as the network’s local representative in Saint-Lô and the surrounding area
• Develop the local business by bringing new properties under management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
