Talent Acquisition Sourcer

• Source candidates for content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech roles
• Build pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles before they open
• Search using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, social platforms and online communities
• Map talent at digital publishers, social-first media brands and creator businesses
• Write personalized outreach explaining why Pubity is a great place to work
• Agree role briefs with the UK talent team
• Hand over interested candidates with clear notes to the UK talent team
• Keep Teamtailor up to date and help improve sourcing processes

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, mostly in sourcing
• Experience sourcing beyond LinkedIn, such as portfolio sites, GitHub or creator platforms
• Track record of talent mapping and building pipelines of passive talent
• Good knowledge of social-first media, digital publishers and social media
• Clear written English, with outreach that sounds human
• Ability to source a mix of creative, commercial and technical roles
• Experience with a UK business or an international talent team (desired)
• Hands-on use of Teamtailor or a similar ATS (desired)
• Confidence using AI tools to speed up work (desired)
• CV and application video required; applications without a video will not progress
