Software Engineer, .NET

• Join an agile, international team of experienced developers and testers from Poland and the UK
• Design and build modern, scalable solutions from scratch for a strategic IT ecosystem transformation in the travel industry
• Co-create new solutions and architecture
• Develop Proofs of Concept, technical spikes, and validate ideas
• Drive technical discussions and decisions
• Replace outdated systems with new platforms and architecture rather than maintain legacy code
• Perform code reviews and share best practices
• Shape product architecture and technical direction
• Collaborate with senior and principal developers, testers, BAs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
• Support the team through technical knowledge and leadership
• Work within 4–5 agile teams focused on specific product areas

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in C# and .NET Core
• Experience with AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD processes
• Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns, including SOLID and DDD
• Knowledge of clean code practices
• Experience creating unit and integration tests; ideally component or contract tests
• Practical experience with databases including SQL, MongoDB, NHibernate, Entity Framework, and Azure Storage
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: Angular 12+, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS
• Git knowledge
• Experience designing new systems or working on greenfield projects
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, especially AWS and Azure
• Willingness to share knowledge, mentor other developers, and participate in technical discussions
