AUKUS Sustainment Integration Manager

• Support authority-gated transition execution
• Integrate Collins sustainment and SSN readiness activities
• Track cross-cutting dependencies involving workforce, regulatory, industrial, and schedule matters
• Ensure transition activities maintain operational stability
• Coordinate cross-division reporting and integration

• 8+ years in program integration, transition management, or complex system coordination
• Experience supporting submarine sustainment programs, ideally US SSN/VCS
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across workforce, schedule, regulatory, and industrial areas
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills across government, industry, and military organisations
• Experience maintaining operations during major transformation or transition programs
• Must have had an Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance within the last 2 years
• 8 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience
• Preferred: Experience in AUKUS, submarine transition, or new enterprise stand-up efforts
• Preferred: Background in program controls, risk management, or enterprise reporting
• Preferred: Exposure to multinational defence collaboration environments
• Strongly preferred: Current Active Secret (or above) Security Clearance
• May be required to visit a job site in an industrial or shipboard environment
• Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level
