Trilingual Senior Sales Specialist

• Identify and sell services to clients
• Develop sales plans and negotiate with clients to close sales
• Provide customer service by giving information on service offerings and pricing
• Assist clients with purchase decisions through email or phone calls
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and other parties
• Work closely with internal departments and outside agencies or clients
• Maintain accurate records of transactions

• Must communicate effectively in English, French, and Arabic with leads, clients, and other departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRMs is a plus
• Ability to implement a CRM in the company is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred
