Lead Mobile Engineer

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of iOS and Android mobile applications
• Own product features through every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and continuous iteration
• Refine SDKs and cross-platform frameworks to support smooth, scalable integrations
• Implement fintech-grade user experience (UX) and bank-grade security protocols for mobile wallets
• Establish and enforce high engineering standards for performance, code quality, security, and mobile architecture
• Partner closely with product management and design teams to rapidly iterate and deliver user-centric features
• Maintain clear technical documentation, perform comprehensive code reviews, and mentor team members

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile software engineering, including a proven track record of leading technical projects
• Expert-level proficiency in React Native
• Solid experience or knowledge in native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, etc.)
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-platform development paradigms and SDK architecture
• Hands-on experience implementing WebAuthn, passkeys, and secure authentication protocols
• Proven track record of shipping successful, production-ready mobile applications within the fintech or blockchain/onchain sectors
• Strong product intuition, keen attention to UX details, and a high degree of reliability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams
