Modern Trade Account Specialist

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Modern Trade customers for operational and order-related matters
• Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer teams to resolve order, stock, and service-related issues
• Partner with Account Managers to support joint business plans, promotions, product launches, and customer requirements
• Monitor order status, inventory availability, and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction
• Facilitate communication between customers, distributors, and internal functions
• Track and resolve customer claims, deductions, and invoice-related queries
• Prepare and maintain reports on orders, sales performance, service levels, and account health
• Support customer reviews, business meetings, and performance tracking initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in customer service, order management, and operational efficiency
