Associate Product Manager – Graduate Leadership Program

• Own real product work in AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and/or user growth
• Research and prototype ideas for agentic payments where AI agents transact on-chain for users
• Convert user problems into product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams
• Analyze markets and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins, and payment networks
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and measure product impact
• Pitch product ideas directly to product leadership
• Build features used by millions of Trust Wallet users

• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships
• A degree in any field is welcome, but not required
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to break complex problems into clear parts and recommendations
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Grok, or Cursor
• Curiosity about AI agents
• Genuine Web3 interest and experience using a wallet, DEX, or stablecoins
• Ability to discuss what works and what is broken in Web3 products
• Ability to learn quickly and work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the right to work in the country where based
• Must not require visa sponsorship
• Hands-on Web3 experience, DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons, or DAO contributions are nice-to-have
• Side projects, product teardown, newsletter, or active X/GitHub presence are nice-to-have
