Veterinarian

• Provide in-clinic, customer-facing medical support alongside sales Associates
• Support Corporate Accounts and local sales teams in identifying and acquiring new customers
• Elevate medical capability across the sales team through formal and informal training
• Manage objections to diagnostic adoption, utilisation, and spend optimisation
• Educate sales teams and customers on new and existing diagnostic products
• Deliver continuing education through Lunch & Learns, small-group sessions, webinars, and individual support
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Develop medical support strategies for priority corporate accounts and senior leadership
• Collaborate with training and marketing teams on written materials, presentations, and Academy sessions
• Respond to customer questions with accurate medical and technical advice
• Attend tradeshows and events representing Antech products
• Travel 60–70%, primarily across Germany and occasionally parts of Europe

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification is required
• 5+ years of experience in the Veterinary Industry and/or in Veterinary Practice
• Solid knowledge of current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine, preferably in companion animal care and diagnostic trends
• Demonstrated commercial and medical acumen, with ability to connect clinical insight to business outcomes and articulate diagnostic product and service value
• Strong presentation skills and willingness to speak confidently in public
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across all levels of a veterinary organisation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Customer-centric, service-oriented approach and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Driven, organised, self-directed, and able to prioritise effectively and deliver results with minimal oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to accommodate extensive travel up to 70%
