Lead Full Stack Developer, ReactJS, Node.js

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews

• Own application architecture and technical design decisions covering scalability, security, integration patterns, and maintainability
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and modern frameworks
• Build responsive, high-performance, reusable UI components using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and business logic using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js
• Design and oversee integrations with external and third-party REST APIs
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models
• Guide cloud architecture and deployment decisions
• Embed authentication, authorization, and data-protection practices into architecture
• Ensure clean, maintainable, reusable, and documented code through reviews, automated testing, and coding standards
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry best practices
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide implementation
• Own technical decisions, architecture, delivery timelines, and code quality
• Resolve technical blockers and encourage knowledge sharing
• Align technical solutions with business objectives

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Node.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, including external/third-party systems
• Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience in database design, query optimization, and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and ownership of system-level design decisions
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and application security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Prior experience in a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or equivalent leadership role
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently while guiding and collaborating with a development team
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a strong advantage
• Experience with Azure cloud services is preferred; familiarity with AWS is a plus
• Experience with TypeScript and modern React development practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience integrating with Transportation Management System (TMS) APIs or similar logistics/supply-chain platforms is a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and production support practices
