Support, Operations & Accounting Specialist

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants
• Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
• Understand the issues encountered by users
• Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions
• Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary
• Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration
• Receive and qualify accounting-related requests
• Track tickets through to complete resolution
• Handle increasingly complex customer requests
• Create and update customer help materials
• Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues
• Relay well-founded customer feedback to the product teams
• Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including three busy tax seasons
• Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus
• Interest in innovative tools and new technologies
• Self-reliance and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform
• Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
• Must have the right to work in France; visa sponsorship is not currently available
