Airbnb Operations Manager

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing (yield management)
• Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their property
• Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Background in real estate, sales, or another industry
