• Provide customer support for an online betting platform
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and offline messaging
• Assist customers with account-related questions and platform services

• German: Minimum B2 level
• English: Minimum B1 level
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation based on German time
• Ability to provide live chat support until midnight
• Ability to provide offline message support between 00:00 and 09:00 (German time)
