City Manager

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in your city and surrounding areas
• Drive business development in the territory by onboarding new properties for management
• Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and coordinate a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
• Motivation and willingness to build a recurring, long-term income
• The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network
